Geo Information and Subdomain Leasing Website(s) (Multi Domain) - 27/04/2018 20:48 EDT

I own many geo specific .COM domains which are the generic name of the city and state. I am looking for someone who is efficient and meticulous enough to code and design graphically from the ground up a system which is... 1. very lean and simple so it can be deployed easy and remain very stable over the years. Something I can backup and not have to worry about crashing. 2. I will need to be able to replicate it on any new domain name I may acquire. 3. I would like to have some of the information contained on one domain be viewable on others such as up-selling someone on the services in the next city in the event that the business is located in other cities my domain names cover as well. 4. In a nutshell, I need to be able to sell people a lease on subdomains. So for instance, if someone who owns a real estate company comes onto one of my websites (example... [login to view URL]) and does a one year lease on the subdomain [login to view URL], the system will check to make sure that subdomain is free and then allow for the customer to pay for a year or how ever long, considering discounts and such for longer times. At that point, they can do a few things with the sub domain in their control panel, manage the IP the A record points to, setup a landing page that our site hosts with information and a link for SEO, or do a redirect and hidden landing for SEO as well. If they have multiple subdomains on that site or on our other sites too, they can manage it all from any site when they log into the control panel from any of the domain names on the system. The main page www of each domain will just serve as a graphical index for all the businesses or personal pages. There are additional important features or graphical needs but that's all smaller details I can go over later. What I have listed above is the core functionality which in a nutshell, I just need it to run itself and be assured it can be stable on a platform such as Amazon AWS or something similar. I don't have a preference in coding as long as its stable and built for the future so its not legacy in no time at all. Graphics needs to look very clean and public user friendly. It needs to scale to all types of browsers and handheld devices/tablets and be efficient so its fast and responsive even on slower mobile data plans for when people are out on the town and want to search around the website for something to do.
