Full E-commerce website

Hello here is brief description about what should get done : 1. Main website looks with 3 big tabs on top with good design, the idea is we will have 3 different sites into 1 (networking site, design site, programming site) .. each will be like a tab on top, if someone pressed the networking tab the whole page refresh and teh color slightly change to demonstrate and focus only on networking .. same if the user pressed on the design or the development section 2. each site is identical basically and pressing the tab will just send you to a sub folder site with slight different colors background .. etc but mostly the typical same overall design 3. IT should be a full E-commerce site, with items listing normally cart and everything , some item listings also will be services, so the design of some pages will look different, we call them bundles like imagine web hosting package 1 , package 2 .. the design should look different 4. The billing mechanism has to reflect the items chosen as normal , also with the ability to create brand new invoice manually with the predefined items 5. chat app for support has to be presented with ticketing system perfectly show previous chats presented with that specific email or account number .. etc 6. customers has the chance to login to the system with their accounts check their orders and previous orders .. etc 7. either the user logged in or not to his account if he made contact to support the ticket has to be saved with the email he enter or the phone number .. so later stage if the user made an account with the same email and logged in he could see his previous tickets 8. Also orders made under that email has to be retrieved as well, because the user could make an order without even loggin to his account and pay online with paypal or a credit card 9. SMS notification connected , when the order is made .. payment received .. etc 10. in the control panel, we should be able to see the orders coming , then we can right click on the order and tag it as " received - working on it - shipped - delivered " .. also other type of services like hosting " received - working on it - shipped - delivered - " but each , with custom email sent to the user . 10.5 Previous works gadget to be showing in some of the services 11. The work has to look appealing in design at the end 12. Mock up designs has to be issued with the full project not a separate milestone , full project will be funded and paid in 1 successful milestone only, half solutions are unacceptable 13. The site has to be bilingual Arabic / english fully in every page and corner 14. Expect slight changes to be discussed before the actual work starting 15. If you don't feel confident in the final results of yours please don't apply 16. You have to be patient for slight changes specially appearance CSS changes and whatever it takes to make the overall outcome looks great 17. support for 3 months at least has to be provided by the developer if we faced issues/bugs later after delivery it has to be fixed 18. Everything expected in normal e-commerece websites like cart , account , control panel items listing .. etc . everything has to be there , ask for more details . 19. inventory items has to have cost price , sell price values so we could track revenue in the future 20.
