Fix parralex issue on different browser types

I have created this site [login to view URL] and used a slider. This slider Currently working correctly when using Mozilla. When I say correctly the functions that I have created and are working correctly on Mozilla are listed below. These functions must work the same on all other browsers. Functions working on Mozilla but not on other browsers: - When I use mouse to scroll down page the page scrolls correctly nice and smooth to the next section. - When I click on the up or down arrow on the right hand side the page scrolls correctly nice and smooth to the next section. The little circle will also go green to show the part of the page we are on. - When I click on any of the circles on the right hand side the page scrolls correctly nice and smooth to the section selected and shows a solid green on the circle on the page we are on. - When I use other browsers, chrome, Internet explorer and safari it does not work like on Firefox. I see on Safari we have theme and slider issues and I.E I believe slider issue and not sure with Chrome and Safari. Please only bid on project if you can fix the issue. I will provide host and word press login details.
