Fix Images Randomly Disappearing From Media Library

Hi All, I am looking for someone to fix an issue we are having with our Media Library. Our site was broken so we moved to a new host, we have got all of the other issues fixed except this one. We deleted the images that were just blank in the media library, and then reuploaded them and was able to attach most of them to posts, but then some (most) of the images we had just uploaded went blank, this effects both the post and the media library. However using the image url you are still able to view the image. I need someone to help now, so please only bid if you are able to start straight away
