We are a IT company in HongKong, would like to find a long-term & reliable partner for this project.
Project introduction:
This is a software development project that comprised of 3 major sections (CRM, ERP, Finance), and we are going to do it phase by phase. We developed a UI design, and database design, would like to look for a vendor who are very capable to do the programming side and combine altogether. This version is intended for one of our client, logistic company.
And also we are planning to resell this product, so further customization is needed after the project is done, so that's why the "long-term"
Technical section:
Flex as the UI
J2EE or JEE as logic (maybe JBoss?)
MySQL as the database
The system shall be able to run under Windows or ubuntu server, and we need an instruction manual to setup the system from ground up after the project is done.

Extra note:
Of coz cost is a main factor to us, but we need a vendor who is capable and reliable, coz we dont have programmer. Reliable means we can find you easily, and you shall reply us in reasonable time, and a professional vendor we can rely on.
And we also need to grape a glimpse of what you have done before for our decision making.
Time allowed: from 60 to 90 days.
