Enterprise Search Requirement

Role: Site Search SME Relevant experience: 4+ years Job Description/Function:- • Develop custom solutions for Solr or any other search engine • Identify current search quality & relevancy issues and help fix or provide solution for the same • Analyze website internal search (site search) performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements • Interface with the client independently on calls/emails/IM to give status updates on projects and help in issue resolution • Business Process Initiatives, Conceptualizing (or identifying), implementing & sharing process improvements • Tracking various KPIs and identify trends • Develop and conduct process health checks and knowledge audits • Responsible for training and mentoring team members to develop skillset Competencies & Behavioral Attributes Critical Competencies (Must have)  Experience in o Search platform development / Implementation like Solr, Endeca etc… o Website/ enterprise/ onsite Search domain knowledge o Have improved any site search relevancy & performance  Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily  Can Understand & analyze data to provide insights  Intermediate knowledge on Java, python  Working Knowledge on NLP , MI  Excellent logical reasoning and ability to research on its own  Excellent communication / interpersonal skills Additional Competencies (Good to have)  Experience in using enterprise search platform viz. Google Custom Search, MS FAST, Endeca, IBM Solr Functional knowledge will be preferred  Knowledge & understanding of SEO / SEM Behavioral Attributes & Other Comments  Enthusiastic attitude  Problem Solving  Quick Learner  Logical Reasoning  Leadership
