SETUP A BULK EMAIL SMS SYSTEM
a) In a secure directory setup a page that will look like this.

Campaign: Describes the campaign Only previous campaigns.
Messages: Limit 50 characters
Phone Number(s): Can upload txt file with numbers.
File: To be Uploaded.
Date Start and Time Start: The date and time the campaign starts.
When SEND is clicked the system does the following.
1) The the system starts sorting everything out. ..

2) Creates A Message ID. Unqiue
3) Then It creates a directory named campaigndate and underneth it a seperate directory using the phone number as the directory. The file will be stored in this.directory.
4) Server is randomly generated from another table of mail servers (list already).
5) DateTimeSent- This is the tricky part. Say there are 10000 Messages for the campaign. The time period is 10 hours. The system will randomize the time the messages are sent over the ten hours.
There will be a php programme that checks the database every 10-30 seconds When the it is time to send the message it will the a database write on the database located on the specified mail server [url removed, login to view] it fails it will switch to another mail server. I have four mail servers. Once successful it will say in Staus field: Successfully deliver to mail server
6) The database on the other mail server will look like this

A php programme located on the mail server will actually do the send out. It will check the database for any new send request and also check if their error messages coming from the mail server for rejecte messages. It will update the main server every 10 minutes.
7) On the main server a php programme will check every two minutes the wap server if a file was successfully downloaded. Each time the file was accessed.
