Customer need a website like news channel ex: cnn or bbc ... they need features like 1) Audio/video chat like we found in many websites like banking etc 2) Email + SMS + Whatsapp should be sent to subscribed users + social(fb/twitter/instagram/telegram etc etc) post + video post on youtube should happen at same time when ever customer post a news on this website, news can have text images as well as video(video will be uploaded on youtube and from their it will be displayed in page to users). While posting news customer will mark the images video and content as read only or downloadable, if read only users should not be able to download the video etc, once video uploaded on youtube where ever it show that video it should be from youtube. etc.
Only experienced people who have done similar websites should bid on this with details on how you do and details about hosting it on google appengine or aws etc.
