I have about 12 screencasts (flash video tutorials) that I need viewable from my Drupal website. These videos are in .swf format and explain the HR software the website is advertising.
I'd like to have a page where the first 6 screencasts are listed as thumbnail screenshots and short descriptions which will be provided. Just a vertical list would be fine:
[screenshot] This is the first video
It is really great because bla bla bla..
[screenshot] This is the second video
etc.
When the user clicks on the thumbnail (or the screencast title), have it open a new page and begin playing the video. These videos are about 1024x768 in size so that's why a new page is necessary.
The remaining 6 screencasts should be placed on a separate page just like the first set, but the page should only be accessible after the user has entered a password. I don't know if we need to require the viewers to have Drupal user accounts on the site, or if a simple http password will work fine (by password protecting the page or directory). Your recommendatation is requested.
One more thing, this HR software will be sold through the website, but doesn't yet have licensing in place. Therefore, we also need to password protect the downloadable file of the program so that only those who have purchased it may download it. What is your recommendation to best accomplish this?
Only bids from those with Drupal experience will be considered.
Thank you.
