Drupal Forms and Modules Integration

We need to get changes done in existing dev environment on Pantheon. The URL of the existing site is [url removed, login to view]

We have list of all design HTMLs ready and Drupal Integration is pending(It’s partially done only). Please note that the same is applicable for single responsive design created for Desktop/Tablet/Mobile devices.
