At the moment we are using wordpress and I am having to enter the same details 4 times, we are moving to drupal so this will be eliminated. What we are looking for is to be able to enter the information once so if it is via gmap and lists on the club directory page that will be good or if it can done any other way.
Price is a factor in the selection as we are a UK community incorporated company (CIC) with limited funds.

Install Membership Module to allow us to have the following:-
Configure so when someone comments it is not made public until Main Admin has checked it.
Membership module so each club admin can access their [login to view URL] page and Main Site admin can access everything.
