diagnosis of error in mobile usability test on google

Our mobile website [url removed, login to view] loads on all mobile browser. However when we try to test it on the mobile usability test by Google at [url removed, login to view] it always gives an error that says "Failed to fetch the requested URL.". We would like to know the cause of this error. You only need to diagnose the error and tell us what is causing the error. We will correct the error at our end.
