database with php and mysql

voucher system , we will have 2 side of this project

a shop worker able to subtract a voucher each time the client visit the shop

a client registration so he can track how many voucher he left with

each client should have a serial number stored in the database , he will use it to make the first registration , after that he will be abel to visit the categories of the network and check in each category how many shop and how many voucher he left with.

the website with the design and css is ready just need the php and mysql experience to deal with Server-Side Scripting Language

in addition to the website i want a mobile application for android and IOS
