Customization of WP Job Manager - Resume manager

I have a website built on WP Job Manager, with the Resume addon plugin.
This site would be used to host people's profile to render services.
Customisation need
1. User can post and maintain only one free resume that will not expire, but need to pay subscription to make it featured resume.
2. Featured resume to expire on certain days or month, and demoted to a free resume that will continue to show on listing page, except the user promotes it to featured
3. Redirect user to profile page after submitting resume.
4. Add custom location "dropdown" to the resume search filter
