Require for Elastix PBX development as below :
A- Customer Satisfaction :
a. When the call Received by the agent “ extension “ and the agent end the line the customer “ Caller “ will get a voice message “ changeable voice message depend on the client requirement “ the voice message will give options “ Like IVR Tree “ might be multiple trees or only single Tree .
b. Require multiple customer satisfaction , each customer satisfaction might be assigned to group of agents “ extensions “
c. Client he should have ability to create the customer satisfactions with assigning the agents “ extensions “ , a control panel page to do this “ Admin Panel “
d. Client should have a detailed report for each customer satisfaction and customer “ caller “ entries from the voice message , for example if the customer press # 1 or # 2 and which customer satisfaction .
B- Marketing Campaign :
a. Client should have a control Panel to create Marketing Campaign with Time period and date.
b. Marketing Campaign a voice Message sent to list of Numbers “ like predictive dialer “ .
c. Provide an option controlled by the client if select an option divert the call to the agent “extension”
d. Provide detailed report for each campaign.
