Looking to get a custom built website. Using wordpress with woocommerce integration. So this is how it works: This is how it should work: It can be done using existing framework of plugins or fully integrated plugin/coding using fresh coding and a complete plugin if easier. Site admin uploads pictures up to 400 total per gallery (2mg in size) 1) once a gallery is created it... it makes two galleries. 1) thumbnail gallery of 300px x ? in size. 2)creates a full sized image gallery (less than 2mg per photo) 400 images max 2)Two posts are then created with the respective galleries. 1) preview post with the gallery attached using a specific template. and published immediately using a specific template. Post will expire and gallery will be deleted after 4 months from time of purchase from site admin. 2) High resolution picture post which will be password protected and set to "draft " with the using a specific template. Post will expire and gallery will be deleted after 4 months from time of purchase from site admin. 3) Once steps 1and 2 are done above, a link will be sent to the the administrator email with an option to purchase the "password protected post" and once paid, the password protected post will then move from "draft" to published. 4) Provide WooCommerce products based on these posts (photo packages) where customers can then purchase password protected post access. Customer information will be stored in a database separate from Woocommerce to be used by site admin for marketing/newsletter/ email purposes. 5) Emails/Newsletter Module. Collecting emails and names to market products in the Woocommerce store 1) allow site admin to have a "customer" list that can be marketed to at a later date attached to specific posts/galleries. So if a gallery is uploaded, 2 posts are made, when they purchase the high resolution gallery post, their email is then bound to that gallery only when emailed. 2) allow site admin to put in email addresses of potential customers who haven't bought the password protected gallery yet be able to attach their email address to a separate list for marketing 1) Auto emails will be sent out to these prospective customers at 1 month after purchasing, 2 months and 3 months with the ability to have discounted rates attached to a specific gallery using a coupon code to entice them to purchase the gallery post. 2) Site admin will be able to use (premade email template) to set discount rates for 1,2 and 3 months.
