Custom development for purchasable shares on a website with automated data and other features.

PLEASE READ DETAILS FULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A DECENT UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT IS NEEDED BEFORE BIDDING! We need some custom coding done for purchasable shares on their site which gain value over time. Shares must have a share certificate with automated data on it. The Share Certificate will be a static background image with relevant sections of data updated according to submitted data when the certificate is purchased. Some of the data will also change over time as they will be increased according to interest rates. Something similar to what BTShare does: [login to view URL] But just one type of purchasable share certificate as a purchasable product on website. We require the following: The share certificates that are purchasable on site are powered by the Easy Digital Downloads plugin. When a share certificate is purchased the details on share certificate should be auto completed according to the input data by person purchasing certificate. So now that a person has purchased the share they must be able to view the share certificate that contains all relevant details. Then that download/copy of share certificate gets sent to the share certificate folder located on the user profile. This folder is powered by the Nmedia File Manager plugin. Notes from Owner: We must have a pre-deferment amount of shares numbered numerically from which the purchase side must take shares off (plus mail support the remaining shares on register which is used to balance back with amount received) that list until it’s all sold. It must also have the share value field open so on a future share sale round we must be able to (based on the new NPV valuation of the company) adjust share price upwards / downwards by ourselves. It must also be built to allow for next phase being as follows: Once all shares on register has been sold (10-20% of total amount of shares in the company, being 30 Million shares) then after 6 months from date of sale the Co buys back the shares at value plus 5% and all shares bought back goes back to electronic register for next round of share sale. They must also make allowance for a network plug in whereby us and shareholder both get an email in confirmation of sale of shares with terms and conditions stipulated plus a SMS message to the designated cell phone number.
