Sales Worksheet / Portal We are looking for a PHP / MySQL based Sales Worksheet. This worksheet must allow multiple steps to be completed by different users. Below is the list of features we require. • The following areas with information. o Customer – 9 fields o Selling Unit Information – 8 fields and ability to add multiple 8 field entries. o Pre Delivery Information – Open text box. o Trade In Unit Information – 7 fields and ability to add multiple 8 field entries. o Reconditioning Information – Open text box. o Payment Information – Drop down with choices. o Deliver Instructions – Open text box o 8 areas to upload different documentation. o Action completed to alert next user / department that they are assigned. • Secured by user authentication. • Fields that allow people to add multiple items. • Allow multiple users to create, and work on each worksheet. • Ability to pull up worksheet by searching for “name” or other fields. • Ability to upload / attach documents (multiple uploads per worksheet). • Ability to email next user / department via worksheet telling them they have been assigned to work on this worksheet. • User / Admin abilities to change passwords, edit user info from website. • Standard PHP 5.6 or 7.1 support. • Open code nothing encrypted. Once developer is selected we will send current worksheet layout to help build app in the same way.
