Create Horse Racing Market Mover Tables Using An API Feed For A WordPress Site

Looking for someone with a good understanding of horse racing to make two horse racing market movers tables from a Bookmakers API feed. One table will be for the current day’s racing and the other for the following days racing. I would like to have the tables put on two different Wordpress websites. I’ve outlined as much information as I can think of below and attached an image of what I want the table’s to look like. I’ve also attach some pdf’s of what information I want in the table's and what the feed data looks like. So firstly use an API feed from a bookmaker which I’ll provide to get information for Australian races for the current day of racing and for the following day of racing. Check the odds or retrieve odds from api feed for every runner in every horse racing event for the current day and following day to find market movers. Perform the following calculation on their opening price and current price to find out if a horse’s price has decreased by more than 30%: If winPrice (current price) < openPrice then Calculate percentage decrease: (openPrice – winPrice (current price) divided by openPrice x 100 If percentage decrease is = or > 30% then display that horse's information in a table on the corresponding page (either Today’s Market Movers page or Tomorrows Market Movers page depending on the date). If there’s more than one horse in a race which has decreased by more than 30% only show the horse that’s had the biggest % decrease in price. For example: If there are 2 horses in a race, one with a 50% decrease in price and another 70% decrease in price then only show the horse with the 70% decrease in price in the table. Also it will have to check if a horse is scratched from a race ("status": "S"). If the horse is scratched from the race don’t send it to the table. There will be two tables on the same page separated with tabs, the first tab will be called Today and the second will be called Tomorrow. One table will have market movers for the current day which will show on Today tab and the other table will have the market movers for tomorrows race’s which will be shown on Tomorrow tab (See Attached Image). At 12:00am AEST the market movers on the Tomorrow tab will obviously then have to be displayed on the Today tab and then the Tomorrow’s Market Movers will become the following day and so on. As horse prices change very regularly especially close to the start of a race I need this to update every 60 seconds to check for new market movers or get rid of horses that aren’t market movers anymore. So as odds change on the horses, some horses displayed in the table may not be market movers anymore and need to be removed from the table or another horse might become the market mover instead and needs to be displayed in the table. Just to be clear with the update I need the database to update from the feed every 60 seconds and I need the table’s being displayed on the page to refresh automatically (after the database has updated) on the pages to reflect the new data that’s come in. I would also like a pause button so users can pause the table from updating automatically and when the table is paused show a play button to restart automatic updates. When the table refreshes on the page I want it to be as seamless as possible, I don’t want the whole table disappearing then reappearing with the new data, I want it to be as subtle as possible. Bassically I just want the data in the table to change without it being to obvious.
