convert wordpress theme to fully responsive

I need you to rewrite my wordpress theme to make it fully responsive and mobile friendly. You can see the present theme which I am using, but you must start from scratch as this theme is outdated and cant be repaired. [login to view URL] I won't send you the theme files. You can reference the website and see the design and css by "inspecting element" and remake the same design and effects in a new wordpress theme. There are three collumns involved. The left collumn is the menu, which you can make it reduce to a menu button when screen size is smaller. The middle collumn is the article content. You should make all the elements such as title font-size, text font size, image size, collumn width, etc., reduce and expand based on the device screen size. The right collumn is ads which can disappear if the screen size cannot fit them. A few other minor points will be clarified with you if we are interested in your bid.
