Consult & design for mobile payment solutions

Looking for a Programer developer with experience in online and payment gateway solutions to initially consult then design and help to integrate various software components in mobile and online payment and gateway / SaaS online and API /experience. Leading to a lucrative large contract. Initially just need someone to participate in a conference call as our consultant with a leading company regarding joint partnership. So we need someone that can help with our conference call with that company. Once project is approved we can hire long term and award the project. Initially just joining a conference call as our technical consultant. Then awarding consultant the long term lucrative project based on performance and knowledge during the call with the other company.
