A brief and context:
Our client wants to evaluate his sales point, so they need a webapp form that can be seen from a mobile device. It has to have a login screen, a sales point search and after the questionnaire show the final ponderation for the sales point.
The second requirement it’s a web dashboard to see all the information that the webapp uploads, the dashboard have to display the data, a search filter, some graphics and pre-filtered options.
Please refer to the mockups for more ideas about the webapp.
Highly recommended if you have experience in building dashboard.
