I am looking to have a website built for a gaming group that includes an account system for people to sign up, members to sign in, have personal profiles, access to a forum, and a sidebar that links to a few different pages of information. I have never had a website built before nor have I used Freelancer.com previously so I'll try my best to describe what I am envisioning. I am looking for someone who might be able to work with me (as someone who may or may not only know the basics when it comes to website building/terminology) and looking to get a quote/find out if what I want to do is even possible. Outline:
A simple front page that includes a background image, a login screen for members which allows them to proceed to the full site via login, and a sidebar such as the one seen in the example website.
I would like the sidebar to have maybe four to six tabs, and they will link to pages that will only hold basic text information like lists, joining information, etc. A link to the forum/register section also.
A working forum that is connected to the websites account system and allows people to be able to post from their account and not have to login to a separate forum.
I have more specifics but this is a general description of what I'm looking to have built and I am really just looking for the price range on a project like this.
