Build a Website

I am a commercial master working since many years in the mega yachts industry. this side of the marine industry has become more and more regulated like the merchant shipping industry. international standards, international maritime organization rules and conventions, shipping registry, classification societies, manning,certifications, legal aspects related, on board procedures, safety,security,bridge operations,cargo operations, charters use of vessels and related . so the topics are going on and on....quite large sector to say the least. after so many years of working on board and currently, i found very time consuming to look through very large web sites to find informations, forms,procedures layouts .therefore my plan is to create a simplified portal to access the main topics , where a young sailor or a senior master can find in a few clicks , almost the major answers (documents,forms,procedure ,regulations etc. ) basically a data base with easy pdf downloads and links for the main topics related to this branch of the marine industry. Main propose of the project is to provide correct informations supported by documentations related and links to access , all in a few clicks. the layout must be easy reading, straight to the point and topic and to the download the documents that i will download in it. for the delivery time, no much rush. open dead line , but not too long.
