REMARK:
- At the moment it is NOT possible to click "VERDER" if the two fields are not filled in. I don't want this. I want to be forwarded to the form even if there is nothing filled in.

You have to create the website on your own server. After it works, you have to deliver me the files. Than I will upload the files to my server and test it. After the test I will release the milestone payment.
