We need to develop a "bot" or something similar, to be located in a PhP website, it has to be activated with a button or with a programmed task, daily o weekly:
In our Symfony platform we have user accounts, from every account, user can register a "Process" which are related with multiple information, and finally it's posted in a website generated by our platform, every process has its own web page.
We want to create a button located ina certain section in their account management panel, the goal of this button is to automate a process that our clients do dially: They access to a third party web site, created in java, then they go to a section, and start looking for documents which has their "Processes Numbers", we must to create a table with those documents, and they must decide which documents of those they want to show in the public page of every process web page.
Tasks for the developer or programmer:
From user's accounts, they can enter to a certain section, then they press the button and bot must do the following steps:
1. Go to [login to view URL]
2. Enter in the "Estados" button / Section.
3. Bot must choose every the option in: "Grupo que lleva el proceso:", for example "APOYO JUDICIAL - LIQUIDACIONES".
4. Bot has to press in "Buscar" button which means "search".
5. Web site will show a table with multiple information, now bot must to enter in every link, in the column named: "Autos".
6. From every "Autos" link per row, website will show a list of documents in a table, bot must to enter in every document pressing every link of each row of the column "No. Autos".
7. The website has its own PDF visualizer, bot has to find the number of every process registered in our platform in every document, comparing the process number in the document "Número del Proceso" for example: 2018-405-0015 with the number of the process registered in our platform.
8. If Bot find the same number in a document, it has to download that document and upload it in the user account.
9. Every related document have to be only once in a table build by a list of documents, the user must decide which of those documents want to show in the public web page of their respective processes.
