Build me a Phonegap/Cordova Plugin

I want a plugin created just like this on ([login to view URL]), simply copy and paste this, then add one more feature in. You should be able to have multiple instances of the browser.
Someone has already done this in another plugin but its not working properly.
Currently you open a browser like this
var ref = [login to view URL]('[login to view URL]', '_blank', 'location=yes');
I need to pass an instance id like this so we can open two windows at the same time
var ref1 = [login to view URL](1, '[login to view URL]', '_blank', 'location=yes');
var ref2 = [login to view URL](2, '[login to view URL]', '_blank', 'location=yes');
No interested in paying half upfront, this is a simple project.
