Build a Drupal Website

We are looking for a developer to write a pixel-perfect Drupal site we will be designing. The ideal candidate is prompt and communicative, as there will be more work like this in the future. The Drupal site will need to be updated and be written to SEO best-practices. This site will also need to be optimized for mobile. The site primary needs are: - E-commerce platform that can be modified: this will be used as a 'Quote List' opposed to a Shopping Cart - Blog or news platform posting latest to the index - Management for SEO For the Products and Services, we will need an e-commerce tool to create and manage them. Ideally, this is something that can be linked to a reputable payment processor down the road. Right off the bat however, we’ll need something that just emails the ‘cart’ to get a quote. Having the ability to heavily modify the UI of the cart will be necessary. The differences will be subtle, but we have to communicate this as clearly as possible.
