Hi, i would like a simple landing page with basic information of our company. on that page t here should be a link to "Apply for a Job" that link will take the user to an online application where they have to input all their data and upload a copy of their ID. Its a simple 1 page application that i will mail to the winning bidder. all this data should then be stored on a MySQL db, which we should have access to. we already have access to the control panel for the db, but you can suggests an easier way to view and rate the applications. this will be the first phase of the process. if you are the winning bidder and you deliver a good project, you may then have to continue developing the website for us. you shouls also be able and willing to do this if the need arises. I have attached a screenshot of our current (internal) site. you can use the same layout and style. You are now bidding on ONLY the landing page and the application page with the backend dbase. you can send me the query to create the MySQL dbase and i will run it on our server.
