Blockchain Smart Contract for Myetherwallet

IMPORTANT! I am not a programmer, but I will explain to you what I need to be done, so you can find the right way to do it. I need you to connect two Myetherwallet-s so that all Ethereum that is being deposited into one wallet automatically goes into another one! What is the goal of doing this?! I am an intermediary in one project that several people are starting and all of them will have a password of the first wallet. (This wallet will be receiving a small ETH and ERC20 deposits). The goal is that no one can make withdrawals from that wallet! They won't be able to do it because all ETH will be automatically sent to another wallet and there will not be ETH for gas to make a transaction. Just ETH needs to be transferred to another wallet while ERC20 tokens will stay in it. I as an intermediary need to have absolute control over the first wallet and there will be no possibility for anyone else to make a withdrawal from it even if they have a password! I have not idea how to do this (By making some kind of smart contract I guess), so I am open to all suggestions and even ready to pay more working hours to you if this kind of job requires it.
