Automated Datacenter Proxy Script for a few Hosting Server Providers

Description: Basically I need a script or a tool that automatically creates sneaker proxies for me. These proxies will come from HSP providers such as (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Host1Plus, and ABC-Hosters). These hosts have good servers to create datacenter proxies with fast speeds because I have seen other competitors do it. I am looking for a proxy server that is the cheapest as possible and while balancing the proxy speed. Preferably speeds less than 100ms while connected to a VPS. These proxies must work on shoe sites such as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and others. Most of my customers and I are based in the United States so whatever cities the HSP has in the US will be optimal. I need to be able to choose what proxy server locations I want to deploy. I need to be able to create 5000+ of proxies with this script after server limits/quotas are increased. The tool can, but does not have to have a user inteface. However, it must include a manual to use or some sort of instruction informing how to use the tool how the details of the project explained. I need a freelancer to code a script to automatically deploy proxy servers from a few server hosting companies. There can be a specific script for every server hosting company needed. These hosts would be Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Host1Plus, and ABC Hosters. Details that MUST also be fulfilled: The necessary limit increases to reach more than 5000+ proxy servers to be made. Each proxy must have it’s own server/IP (no duplicate IP addresses). Proxies must have optimal speeds such as 0ms-100ms (with a server VPS to increase speed if necessary). Server specs that allow for a very cheap price point (this can be negotiated between the freelancer and us). Must use username:password authentication. All proxies exported to a file in the specified proxy format (IP:Port:Username:Password). Can choose specific server locations depending on the host’s locations that they offer.
