AngularJS UI + UX -- 2

I am looking for an angularjs "EXPERT" for building 4-5 pages using angularJs .You will be provided will restful web [url removed, login to view] will only have to make the call to these restful web services.

These pages are build dynamically ie. every thing will come from the RESTful WS like what is the label value,color ,font,CSS, and what is the input type- textbox, combobox, radio button etc. .Everything will come from back end.

I want this to be state of the art UI.

If you are fresher on angularjs, please do not apply because this will be a waste of your time and mine because i will not give you the work.I will talk to you and will make sure you know the stuff.(Please dont mind as i have wasted lot of time with trusting people who says they know the stuff and they are freshers)
