Add ability for sensitive media to be marked by users, and apply a filter to allow on site

I want posts/images/videos on my social media site to be able to have those uploading it attach a tag to it that marks it as sensitive media. I want people to be able to turn on and off the ability to see it. Default should be hidden. Please dont try to charge a lot for this.
