Seeking good programmer to create 2 acrobat pdf interactive template forms via the web, you can collect the data included in a PDF (with prefilled fields like exsample here) and that the two once completed forms correctly and collected in a manner compliant, there send it directly to a server sql for the collection of this data and update db in the same fields name on the server. prerequisites for the collection and routing of data to a database is the creation of a Common Gateway Interface (CGI) on the Web server that collects data from forms (in one of these formats HTML, FDF, or XML and insert them properly db already present.

Hello, From what I understand, here is what needs to be done: 1. Create online forms(2?) that will collect data 2. Once the form has been submitted, the data will be sent to the server and saved into the database (mySQL) 3. I'm guessing you also need a page where you can view all submitted data from the database. The format of the form will be HTML. I will be using PHP to process and save the data and Bootstrap to make the form attractive. Looking forward to getting some feedback from you soon. darkwind
