If user delete any record it will not delete from the system. so admin can check what user have done in it. Also the very important feature is managers can get daily, weekly , monthly etc reports from it. it can email to their mail automatically when set it. also they can generate user wise reports with any give period. they can search any record. also managers and workers can send / receive emails.
