Joomla 3.x bidding Component Customisation

Hi,
I need you to complete some customisation on a joomla component.
You can view the component demo at [login to view URL] . It is for a bidding website and I need the following customisation:
1. No files sharing between the user and the freelancer before the project is awarded.
, This option to be added to the plugin settings i.e. (Allow files sharing before awarding the project: Yes/No).
2. Text filtering which prevents users from exchanging contact details such as telephone, email and address (find Rereplcaer component at joomla extensions directory). This restriction is removed once the project is awarded.
3. The user should only be able to view his own projects.
4. Restriction on freelancers viewing the users profile to ensure confidentially of information such as name and contact details, this restriction should be removed once the project is awarded to the freelancer.
Please make sure you understand the functionality of the component by using the demo website as i already purchased the plugin and i will share it with the freelancer once the project is awarded.
