Fix Magento 2.1 Problem with module Infortis UltraMegaMenu

- We use latest Magento 2.1.6
- We use Infortis Ultimo theme
When we want to enter the ‘product’ -> ‘categories’ in backend we get an error.
Error: ‘Attribute with attributeCode "umm_dd_block_top" does not exist.’
When we disable the module ‘ultramegamenu’ it is working but we want the module. Also see problem here: [url removed, login to view]
Please see errorlog attached.
We expect you to make sure the problem is fixed in a decent manner. So we can use this megamenu without error. You fix won’t break other working functionality.
We will provide username for admin and ftp.
