1. Development of front end and back end of website
2. Member function, payment function, etc.
3. Familiar with host service such as Amazon cloud or anything goes.
4. Good at math, logic, anything goes to develop the software.
5. Very familiar with Word, PDF, txt, etc.
6. Non disclosure agreement needs to be signed by both parties.
7. Code must be delivered completely.
8. All right must be transferred to us after completion of project.
9. Independent freelancer instead of company is preferred.
10. Milestone can be set up but will not be released until whole project is done since it is no useful to us if only part of the project is completed.
11. Good credit and rich experience are encouraged to bid.
Python language may be used in this project.
