Develop a script to submit data to a specific page in bulk and save the results

We want to be able to batch process hundreds of thousands of domains at a time and check them for availability.
This tool checks 500 domains at a time. You will need to develop a multi threaded script of sort to be able to run hundreds of sessions at once.
Process:
1) We will input/upload a list of 200,000 domains.
2)The script will open 100 browser windows/sessions and submit 500 domains per session.
3) The results/available domains output will be retrieved and sent back to us.
The page has a captcha form that pops up after you submit more then 10 times in the same session, but if you clear the cache and refresh the page, it clears the captcha requirement. So every time the script submits 500 domains, it'll be via a new browser session each time.
This should be a relatively easy straight forward project. We're happy to take suggestions etc.
