I am looking for someone that can help me to develop a payment interface to process in-app purchases - just not from your conventional banking and existing ecommerce solutions. This is a new and revolutionary product developed specifically for the African market. Our biggest concern is security and fittingly, the completed product should be able to withstand security tests by the likes of McAfee etc.

Sticking with security, we can only divulge additional details pertaining to the product once we have confidentiality agreements with the freelancers shortlisted for the task. We are looking for individuals that have the necessary qualifications, experience developing similar systems for the financial sector, traceable references, and a "portfolio" of past work.
