Develop internal tools using Amazon MWS API + PHP/MYSQL/FlatUI + Git

I'm looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a developer who can help roll out a number of internal-apps for our Amazon product business. The brief below is for a beginning task to establish the relationship, and to become familiar with the APIs and existing codebase. Codebase must be developed using PHP/MYSQL, using Git for version control, and the FlatUI themed Bootstrap library ([login to view URL]) where a UI is required. Do not bid if you do agree to this.
