Looking for a Web Development Wizard to build a brand new custom Wordpress blog site. Requirements: Custom Theme Only Theme should be designed from scratch or with starter theme, not from using a pre-made theme. We want the least amount of code and bloat possible. Clean Code Well written code without errors. All HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and MySQL queries should be validated for errors. Developed for Page Speed and SEO The site should be developed from the beginning with Page Speed and SEO in mind. Best practices and optimizations should be used at every step. Overview: Website is a blog site with some custom post types and certain pages only showing posts from certain categories. There are 10 pages/sections in the site: 1 Home page 1 Glossary 1 Blog 3 Custom Category pages (same style for all 3) 4 Simple content pages (About, Contact, Privacy, Terms - same style for all 4) We will provide full mockups, style guides, content, icons, images, fonts, and specs for an easy build with minimal issues. Of course issues and changes will come up outside of the specs (they always do). Looking for a developer that is patient and determined to finish the project with 100% satisfaction. Looking for a developer that: + has a passion for web development and likes to do quality work. + is easy to communicate with. This is key. In order to complete a project with top quality, communication needs to be friendly, efficient, and timely. + is not in a hurry just to complete the project. Of course we both want it done as fast as possible, but that should not be the focus. The focus should be on quality first. + we can continue to work with long term for additional updates and changes to the site.
