I understand the requirement 1)Basically you want PayPal and stripe payment gateways to be integrated over website without any bug, for SSL integration a code needs to be placed over website that will be provided by SSL service providers and also website URL will be changed from http to https and third visual facelift : designing section needs improvement. I have already worked in Stripe ,PayPal various payment methods so knows what parameters to be utilized for difference purposes. Secondly for website to be run smooth with SSL ,I preferred to change all resources link to https and htaccess file must be there for always hitting website link with https.
