I'm looking for someone who can build a professional eye catching website with focus on Adsense ads and social plugins. The website should be extremely fast and easy to navigate. Pleas put in your skills - not the regular themes please. After the website is designed, you should include my adsense ads in it. This should be done in a professional way so that the search engine robots can crawl and the ads are most clickable by the users. The ads should be focused 100% but should not interfere with search engines. So the design should be done in such a way. Once done, the person should start on site optimization and then link building and should try to achieve 1st page google, yahoo and bing ranking for the given medium to high competition keywords. The ideal candidate will achieve this and then maintain top ranking every month. Explain web design strategy. Ad placement strategy. Link Building Strategy? Don't tell 100 things here.. tell me how many PR5+ links can you generate? How many weeks you need to achieve top 3 ranking for keyword like "Skin Care" Your rate for website and SEO and timeline.
