The server keeps running multiple processes and consumes all of the cpu/memory and becomes unresponsive with Resource Limit Exceeded. I tried disabling all of the plugins and moving installation to other server but same thing is happening on every server, it consumes all of the CPU and makes it throw Resource Limit Exceeded.

Website is live so you have to be very careful and make sure there is no downtime.

You need to check the wordpress installation / database and find out the issue and fix it.

Please bid only if you have good enough knowledge about wordpress.
