Customization of WP plugin

Please check this plugin:

Payment settings are sitewide for this plugin.

Please adjust this plugin to make it possible to set those settings per page, or make a new similar one that has this functionality.

Besides that please add an option to set an image to be shown when the content is locked. Also please add one setting to change the Paypal button image.
