Custom fedex plugin for woocommerce

Hi, I am looking for someone to build a custom script that will allow me to enter the amount of boxes per item and the size. This item must also be able to work with all my other plugins and have no conflicts. I must also be able to specify the amount of items fit in each box. It is as follows: Amount of boxes Amount of items that fit per box (using the cart amount). Any overflow goes another box. Item dimentions Should work with all plugins. It shoulld be fedex based and basically extend the functionality of the woocommerce fedex plugin It should not interfere with products that are already entered. Meaning i do not want all products to all of a sudden stop working because this is installed. Budget less than $70. Just to clarify something, i should be able to setup multiple package sizing and estimated price received back. Like one box is 2x4x5 @ 5lbs and other is 96x4x10" @ 14lbs See screen shot that shows example. You are also required to provide support for any updates.
