Custom WooCommerce Plugin / Feature

Hey there, I need someone with proficient WooCommerce knowledge to develop a custom plugin. Here's what the plugin is about: People should be able to order custom made vests. Each vest comes in a different front and backside. For every available frontside there will be an article in the shop. Now i need the ability to add a custom range of backsides to each article in the backend. Each backside is another image, which will be shown beside the chosen frontside (from the product itself) on the product detail view page. So for example: I'm in Product Detail View of Frontside 1 and only see the Image of Frontside1. Then i choose my backside and the image of the backside appears as well. Part 2: The customer also needs to be able to enter two custom lines of text. A Name and a date (this will be printed on the backside of the vest). The fonts should be coming from Google-Fonts. The customer should also be able to change size and position of the generated texts on the backside of the vest backside image. Part 3: After the customer is happy with its chosen backside of the vest, entered the custom text and placed it somewhere on the backside where he likes, and completes the order process, the plugin should generate a custom PDF File containing the chosen backside image and the text as it has been placed on it before. Note: The image of the chosen vest-backside used to generate the PDF will be approx. 13MB each file for quality reasons. This high resolution is only needed for the PDF file. In the shop article itself we will of course use a smaller version for bandwith's sake. Part 4: The generated PDF file will be saved somewhere on the sites FTP server so the client can later on download the PDF's and produce the vests (unless you have a better idea?!). Part 5: Bonus points for making the whole thing responsive / mobile working, as well! I need this to be done by approx. 25th of November since it should be integrated into the clients website latest at December 1st. I will deliver all designs needed for the plugin and can help you out with certain things. Im just no good PHP Coder. Please tell me how much you would charge and if there are any other questions.
