I'd like to hire a professional to help me develop a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of an ad / business platform (like Alibaba, eBay, MercadoLivre). I intend to provide this professional with all html / css structure which will be (mostly is already) developed by me in parallel. So that, the professional will only need to make the website server-friendly and functional in a manner users can create profiles, ads and quotations, access via built-in dashboard their products and deals with other users. One more feature that is substantial to the project it is by the end of each deal closed, the site shall be able to automatically create and . PDF file. Furthermore, although optional, I'd like to develop a built-in chat system so users can communicate more rapidly.
