Create one Simple TMS script on Core PHP with Bootstrap or cakephp or YII _

We are a web development service provider. We have one ongoing PHP Script development Project for our client. I will pay you $50 and if you can complete this project within committed time then we will give you $20 extra and also will give you 5 star rating once you successfully complete this project. I will provide you one php developer, with whom you need to work together to complete this script. This script will involve more functionality than design. Details will be discussed over chat. I will not create a milestone in advance. I will not accept any copyright on the script. Once you complete the project, I will create milestones and release once will check everything on our server. If you agreed with these terms then only bid. If your work is up to the mark, then will provide you other works as much as you want. In this php script you need to work on 3 important parts. 1. Comment or Chat in individual task 2. Email notifications 3. Notification Other than this everything is logical and right based work in this PHP work. We need 3 user rights.
